QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in social work or a related human service field. Minimum three years cumulative experience in the areas of continuous quality improvement, quality assurance, program evaluation, outcomes and benchmarking, in the social/human services field. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently; Strong organization and records management skills. Ability to relate to a variety of staff at different levels, including senior managers and program directors. Flexible and able to work in a macro environment. Must have valid driver’s license, car and insurance. Culturally sensitive and able to work with a multicultural client/customer population; ability work in a non-judgmental manner and foster positive growth/outcomes; able to work as part of a team and maintain professional boundaries.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review and operationalize the CQI cycle for a variety of agency functions
- Oversee program evaluation process
- Oversee outcome development and benchmarking activities;
- Develop strategies for implementing best practice changes
- Monitor national standards as they apply to JFSLA
- Monitor compliance with funders’ CQI requirements
- Participate in, and monitor, clinical and case management CQI processes, data collection and analysis;
- Special projects as assigned by the Director of Administration or the Associate Executive Director
