Clinical Therapist

JFS is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team.

JFS has been building community and enriching the lives of St. Louisans since 1871.  JFS provides children, adults and seniors in the St. Louis region with the supports they need to lead vibrant, healthy lives. Led by a team of dedicated and experienced therapists and staff, we offer comprehensive services, ranging from mental and behavioral health care to food and financial assistance.

The Clinical Therapist focuses on counseling children/teens, families, adults, couples/relationships, and older adults, requiring one or more forms of psychosocial interventions.  In either a clinical or field setting, provides counseling to clients, prepares treatment plans, and provides crisis intervention and emergency services. The Clinical Therapist also completes case record documentation and prepares reports.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required.
• Experience directly related to the delivery of psychotherapy and/or social services. 
• Missouri licensure as a clinical social worker, psychologist, or counselor is required.

Exempt, Full-time

Salary commensurate with experience
